I have used the enterprise centereach NY location many times and am always given a good car at a great rate. The agents are accommodating and friendly. I'm very satisfied with that location.
4.5 Stars, rounded up. The car I rented was missing an inspection sticker, and I had to go to JFK to get a replacement, but Greg was great--sympathetic to the inconvenience it caused and helped resolve the issue to my satisfaction such that I will certainly be a return customer.
Finally ! I took some time to share my experience with Enterprise CENTEREACH. If you ever wanna rent a car go to Enterprise SMITHTOWN, they are the nicest people I have ever come across and very professional and never lie to customers. The people at Centereach specially the girl at front desk and the TALL guy the manager they SUCK, they steal your money. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL. I am gonna complain to Enterprise soon about them. They thought i was renting for first time although i was not and the price i received for rental for one day at smith town was 52 dollars and Centereach people this girl and that tall guy told me 162 and were very unprofessional and professional liers. I ended up getting car from smithtown. Never go to centereach. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN
I rented from this location after being rear ended in my own car. I originally rented from Hertz but switched when their car broke down. This location has charged my debit card not once, but twice without authorization! I contacted the local office only to be put on hold for 25 minutes. I eventually hung up and dialed the general customer service number. I received absolutely no help or reasoning from either. I will NEVER rent from this location again and have advised everyone I know to do the same. I was finally able to file a complaint with the regional office after numerous calls. Enterprise should be ashamed to have this location represent them.
