Good selection, nice store...and a DISGUSTING staff. They are rude, uncaring, and unmotivated. It takes a ridiculous time to check-out and pay. Never more than one cashier.
Tools are as you would think. You need to know just what you need or because of the selection you will most probably end up with the wrong tool or item. If your a DIYer there great. I use alot of there tools and still
Lots of tools. Good price. Huge Lines!!! (Hour in line with 1 register.) Almost everything you could buy works. I have returned an item or two. Staff, doesn't seem to care, register lines can be long while staff chat with each other and take store phone calls. They often run out of the free items or move them to an odd spot in the store. But you can get a few cheap items here you can't get elsewhere.
Staff is terribly rude and usually there’s only one person in the whole store. Last time I was in there there was literally a 17-year-old girl on the register while 50 people waited online for over an hour. Store is awesome but I really hold back on going because the staff is a nightmare
Love the place and buy there all the time but would like to see more accessories for some of the machines. I bought the full size lathe but would like to buy things like a chuck and spindle accessories for tail stock but they don't have any. Just a suggestion.
