The worst insurance agency and company I have ever dealt with. Ralph is a great guy but I will never use State Farm again. The people working for him at his agency have no idea what they're talking about and can never give correct information. After months of dealing with nothing but confusion and frustration I have finally switched to another insurance company (Geico!!!) and am already saving $60 a month on my policy. Never again will I deal with state farm or this agency. The girl at the front Melanie.. or Melody, has a serious attitude problem and should be taught how to speak to your clients in a proper manner, maybe she needs to be sent back to customer service 101. You will not keep clients by threatening them with insurance cancellations and sheer nastiness.
We went with this agent 9/7 for home and auto insurance. On 9/8 the homeowner backed out and we no longer needed home insurance until we found another house of course. 9/8 we asked for our money to be refunded and was told 7-10 business days via check. Which is BS considering we paid by debit. Today 10/3 we still don't have a refund and had to resort to calling our bank to get involved. We immediately are dropping the auto policy with him and will never use State Farm again thanks to this scum bag.
