This was a good experience for me; however, I did notice people working on other customers' cars and the attention to detail was a bit 'less-than'. I suppose luck was on my side. Still, all the cars looked nice and clean at the end of the line. I'll risk it again sometime soon.

Horrible Service and a Rude Service Attendant and even worse "co-owner". Listen, I'm not that picky honest but I paid 34.99 for and inside and outside clean which included shampooing the rugs and includes Armor All the complete dash and they did a miserable job. After nearly a two hour wait I get into my car and come to realize what a truly crappy job the attendant did. The best is that after I get into the car and close the door the nervy attendant signals me to roll down my window and says "I did a good job cleaning your car right and your not going to tip me!?" This infuriated me! Believe me, I'm not the type to make a big deal of things but I decided that was over the line. Especially considering my husband had already left a $5 tip in the tips bucket. So then I proceed to ask for the owner and I met with this young man who says he is a "co-owner". I tell him about the rude attendant and he just mumbles "uhh" and clearly doesn't know what to say. I then ask him to please inspect my car to see if he feels this deserves an extra tip or if they did the job I paid for. At first he refuses to get in the car saying he doesn't want to dirty it and when he finally agrees, I point out all the dirt which is very clear in front of the main areas of the dash and steering wheel and rugs. He says "well this is normal, this would require detailing". LOL! Give me a break. Another older gentleman finally came over- (I assume another co-owner) came into the car and said he agreed with me and proceeded to scratch dirt off the car dash and then took out the floor mat and started hand cleaning himself. Not wanting to wait any longer, I told him to give me back the mat so I could leave. I was furious and insulted and no one attempted to apologize or recognize there employee was totally out of line and their service was truly poorly done. And just to point out at no time was a credit made or even a coupon (although I would never have used it!). I understand what it takes to run a business and this is about as bad customer service as it gets.
