I would of given a 5 star rating if I could of stayed in the car. My daughter loves that! They used to have no problem with it.
I'm honestly so disappointed in this car wash. We will never go back there again! Paid for the highest package and a good tip for a car that looks like it was half ass cleaned. Crumbs are every where still, windows look like they weren't touch, and so much more. I couldn't be more disappointed for the money we paid. Outrageous!!!!!
Ordered the platinum wash. They didn't dry the car, didn't vacuum the inside of the hatch back, there was dust still on the back, I was able to write my name on the dirt left over the license plate. The armor-all on the tires was so gooped on it sprayed all over the sides of the car when I pulled away (Black armor-all white car) I drove straight to another car wash to have it done the right way.
Paid handsomely for the top of the line service and did not get near that. Floors and seats seem like they werent even vacuumed. They were done 5 minutes after it came out of wash. Better places around.
I came here to get my car washed on my Birthday once. They were supposed to give me a free birthday wash, like they've done in the past. I had recently changed my license plates, and the new number was not registered in their system, so it appeared as if I've never been there before. I told the attendant about the situation and he let me through. My car went through the machine, but when I went to the cashier, she said I had to pay. I reiterated the situation, and she called the owner over to approve it. The owner wouldn't honor the free birthday wash that they offer, so I argued with him a little. He told his guys not to even dry my car and told me to leave. I didn't to ruin my day by really unloading on the douche-bag owner, so I just left. I'll never forget how I was treated here. I've never been back here since, nor has any of my family members. We now go to the hand car wash down the street and they do a fantastic job there.
