I only use the "Automatic" bays, so I can't speak for the manual wash. But the automatic wash does a good job of cleaning and is pretty cheap. Just bring some drying towels and pull over to dry your car afterwards because the dry cycle doesn't get it done too well.
They have a nice dog wash tub with blow dryer $5 for 10 min
I was having a hard time with the vacuum and the owner personally not only fixed it but refunded me and gave me more time on the vacuum and washed my car. I was having such a bad day and literally started crying when it wasn't working and he didn't have to do all that, but he was so kind! Things happen everywhere, it's about how they take care of you that matters!
I've used this car was a couple times but never again. I got there and vacuumed my car without issue, then I tried to get change from the change dispenser. It took the 5 dollar bill and then gave me 3 quarters. 3. I went looking for someone to help me and no one was there. Screw it, 5 dollars lost, and no cash to pay for the self service wash, I figured I'd just use my card at the automatic wash. NOPE. Credit card reader was 'out of order' and I would need to go inside to pay with a card. Well whoopdie freakin do, I just tried to find someone since the freaking cash machine ate my money and no one was around. Spoiler alert; there was still no one around 10 minutes later when I tried to find someone to pay with a card. Never again. This was ridiculous.
Love this place but sometimes some stuff doesn't work on the self service wash which kinda sucks
